Location and Contact
Where are you located?
We are located on the 4th floor of the GOe - Gastronomy Open Ecosystem building at Nafarroa Hiribidea, 9. You can access the building through the main entrance and take the elevator to the 4th floor.
Is there parking nearby?
There are public parking options near the restaurant, such as Parking Txofre. We recommend arriving with some extra time if you are coming by car.

Opening hours
What are your opening hours?
We are open from Thursday to Sunday for lunch (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) and from Thursday to Saturday for dinner (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM). You can check our updated opening hours on our website or social media.
Are you closed any day of the week?
Yes, we are closed from Monday to Wednesday. On public holidays or special dates, there may be changes, which we announce in advance.
Reservations and Visits
Is it necessary to make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, to ensure you get a table.
How can I make a reservation?
You can book through our reservation link by phone, or through the different platforms we have available (Instagram, Google…).
Do you accept group reservations?
Yes, we accept group reservations. For parties of 8 or more, we offer a set menu. We recommend contacting us by email in advance to arrange the booking.
Do you have a waiting list?
When we are fully booked, we can add you to a waiting list and notify you if a table becomes available.
Menu and Dining Experience
We operate à la carte, but we offer a varied gastronomic selection that can be adapted so you can try a bit of everything. We invite you to come and enjoy it.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Our culinary proposal is varied, and we try to satisfy all tastes. We can adapt our offer as much as possible to meet each guest’s needs, provided you inform us in advance when making your reservation.
Do you have gluten-free options or options for allergies?
At APAR, we work with a wide variety of ingredients, so any of our dishes may contain one of the 14 main allergens. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of your reservation so we can take it into account.
Events and celebrations
Can we organize a private event or celebration?
Although we are a small restaurant, we love special occasions. Write to us at our email address (apar@bculinary.com) and we will be happy to explore the possibilities.
We aim to make every experience unique for our guests, and we would be delighted to design an exclusive proposal for the occasion.
Accessibility
Is the restaurant accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our space is accessible. If you need anything specific, we will be happy to assist you.
Can I enter with my guide dog?
Of course!
Pets
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but due to regulations, we cannot admit them (except guide dogs).
Payments and Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. We also accept the APAR gift card.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require cancellations to be made at least 12 hours in advance. In case of no-show, €20 per guest will be charged.
